I am very appreciative of Dr Castner. My son has special needs and severe insomnia. Now that he is treated, she has turned our lives around.
Lovely experience, always a pleasure when we see Dr. Castner! She never makes us feel like she has to rush to another appointment and always gives us the time needed to review concerns and co-determine (patient and doctor) next steps.
It was a positive experience.
Dr. Castner is wonderful. She listens to everything I have to say and has wonderful advice but highly recommend her.
The provider was 50 minutes late. The appointment was at 11am and we didn't see her until 11:50am. Nobody let us know that she was running late. It was a very frustrating experience. This is not the first time this happens with Dr. Castner either. Better communication and respect for our time would be appreciated.
