Perhaps the best experience I've ever had in a medical setting. Good directions, seen in a very timely manner, explained the injury/process in detail, and provided care at a human level. The cherry on top was the nurse willing to put a little "cast" on my daughter's doll's arm to match the one she got.

Two casts in two days. First was too itchy. Second one was a charm, wonderful.
