She's very through and understanding of my child's medical needs
Denise is always so empathetic to our struggles and tries to make it less scary for out son.
My daughter was angry about having this appointment and I was worried she'd be rude or uncooperative. As soon as Denise Kilway walked into the room, with her "Countess of Constipation" badge cover, I knew we were going to be alright. She developed a great rapport with my quirky, moody teen. The appointment went well and my daughter isn't complaining about being seen there again.
Great with my son and seemed to fully consider all the information. Appreciate steps taken to rule out possible issues so we weren't wondering or having to do repeated visits to get those answers.
All very well thank you for your attention and your time
