About
As a specialist in pediatrics, I offer expertise in every dimension of children's health and am concerned with my patients' physical as well as social and emotional development. I am a kind and caring physician who takes time to establish solid relationships with my patients and their parents. As a mother, I offer parents an empathetic ear and motivation to help them keep their children happy, safe and healthy.
Prior to joining the team at Southwest Pediatrics, I served as an urgent care doctor at Children's Wisconsin.
I was born and raised in Chicago, and I now enjoy living in Pewaukee with my husband and four children. My personal interests include tennis, step aerobics, sailing and water skiing.

The doctor did not listen to the illness symptoms completely. They also did not take into consideration an ongoing history of sinus infections not resolving on their own or her past surgery to try improve the frequency and severity of the infections. The 16 year old was treated like a baby who was offered a sticker for coming in but offered nothing besides "it's only been 3 days, come back later". How much later? Which degree of symptoms? At how much loss of school? We would have been better off with telehealth from an unaffiliated provider since her treatment history wasn't considered. Disappointing to the point of us ready to take action and change providers. .
We love dr young! She has a very soft voice which can be hard to hear, but otherwise she's perfect.
The provider _____ awesome with my daughter. She has autism and they are very patient with her screaming and crying through the whole visit and got everything we needed to get done.
Me and my family love Dr.Young and her nurses we have been with them for years and they always take the best care of our girls!
Children's of Wisconsin is the best!!!!!!!
