They were very kind, patient, and approachable. The team at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We were running late due to parking, but they were reassuring and understanding.
The nurse practitioner Angela is very kind and attentive and she has helped my son tremendously with his migraines. We are very grateful for her and her office!
Everything excellent, very good job. Everything coordinated, thank you so much.
I feel like we're in good hands with Dr. Linneman and Angela Spears, APNP, as we navigate my daughter's health concerns. I can't express how relieved I feel. They listened to our concerns, made sure we understood the diagnoses and treatment plan, and, most of all, made my shy daughter feel comfortable in their care. I also felt reassured that they would continue to work with us to tweak the treatment plan as needed. My only complaint is that Children's Wisconsin sends out too many of these customer satisfaction surveys. All I care about is that my daughter gets the best care possible, and so far she is.
The doctor asked all the same questions that the nurse did. The doctor just prescribed medications and didn't really talk about non-prescription interventions. Our apt was done at 12:10, they sent us to the lab but didn't tell me that his lab apt was at 12:45 then when we got down to the lab we didn't get called until 1:15. The doc should have told us our lab apt was 35 minutes out and the lab should have told us they were running 30 minutes behind. Waiting an hour for a 2 minute blood draw is unacceptable.
