I really liked that the provider talked to both me & my child. I've had experiences as if I was invisible and my child was communicated to like the adult/parent.

It was our first time meeting her for a post-surgical follow up. The nature of the appointment was pretty fast, but I didn't feel like we were being rushed at all. Really appreciated her taking the time to answer our questions, and she took an interest in my daughter. Really appreciate the excellent follow up care.
