I am a passionate advocate for children’s mental wellbeing and strive to do my part to help patients feel secure in their overall wellbeing, not just their physical health. That is what I love about being placed in a primary care setting – our services are accessible and collaborative for children and their families to receive any care that they might need. My approach is trauma informed, systemic, goal oriented and strengths based, which means I look at all the factors that can affect different circumstances and work together to adapt an individualized plan. I always strive to stay authentic so patients and families can have a safe and empowering space to share their story and explore new ideas. I am excited to work alongside patients to not only help them grow but also bloom!
