She was nice but didn't know the answers to some of my questions and didn't give clear recommendations in certain circumstances. I've never dealt with allergies before and felt like I left with more questions.
Jimenez is very informative and kind. She took a while to get into room:
She listens to me and has been trying to make my allergies better.
Excellent
I did not feel that our concerns were adequately addressed. We left the appointment without clear directions as to what our next steps were or when to seek additional care. There was no information shared about a plan to share lab results or when we could expect to hear back about this.
