Each medical professional has excellent communication skills. They communicate with each other and collaborate. They are empathetic. They use grounding strategies to help alleviate stress and anxiety. They are sensitive and they show this by listening carefully. Thank you, Alejandra (PA), Hailey (nurse), and Dr. T (Psychologist). Above all, I will never be able to think the surgical team enough, especially for the skills Dr. Tassone has brought to the entire experience.

Care was exceptional! Child is very anxious and had a lot of tears during visit, but provider was really patient and kind. She tried to make child feel comfortable and get to know more about child. Provider explained and talked through xrays and next steps. We are grateful to have met Alejandra! Her nurse was wonderful as well!

I appreciated the efficiency of the visit. We arrived early and the staff was easily able to accommodate us.
