As a pediatric nurse practitioner in Urgent Care, I feel it is a privilege to care for the patients and families that come into our clinics. My goal is to care for patients in a holistic manner while collaborating with families to create a specialized management plan. I worked in urgent care as a nurse prior to taking on this role, which has helped to me recognize and ease the fear that can come with an unexpected visit. I love to educate patients and families about their diagnosis and treatment plan.
