We provide a case manager for kids in the foster care in Milwaukee County. This service helps families access dental care for kids.
Chorus Community Health Plans
Chorus Community Health Plans (CCHP) is our health plan for families using BadgerCare Plus. CCHP ensures that kids in the plan can receive dental care from a dentist or a primary care doctor.
Children's Health Alliance of Wisconsin
The Children’s Health Alliance of Wisconsin works to improve kids’ health across the state. It connects leaders, spreads the word about health issues and supports public health efforts. It also runs programs that help kids.
Children's Wisconsin is the main home and manages the funds for the alliance. One of the top focus areas is improving kids’ oral health.
